Default Faulty thermostat

Just got the 105k done in my girlfriends wrx. It's been driving fine since Wednesday. However I just got a call from her, shortly after leaving our house the CEL came on, and she noticed that the car was not warming up nearly as quick as it usually does and was actually still on cold after about 5-10 minutes of driving (it's not super cold here right now).

Does this sound like the thermostat could be stuck or faulty?

I'm assuming they did the Timing Belt as part of the 105k service. When we do them we install a new water pump and T-stat. It could be the T-stat, or as US said, a residual air bubble.

I'm guessing it was a bubble or maybe the thermostat just got stuck open once. The car ran just fine after that one time. We had the thermostat replaced anyway just in case it was that. Things seem to be fine now.
