Car issues (CELs) :(

So my car threw some CELs.

P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire
P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire
P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire
P0172 System Too Lean (Bank 1)

The car has been running perfect for the last few years, and ALL DAY TODAY.
but went to the gas station for a drink and redbox, and right when I started the car it was having an idle problem, (chugging basically)

I checked all the lines for leaks, and didn't see any..

any input would help

the car is my dd so I need to resolve this problem ASAP

Check your fuel pressure and make sure its within specs. That would explain all the codes. On that note, when was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

Changed the filter about 2 months ago.. if it was a fuel pressure issue, wouldn't it be a ..constant thing, not periodically..?

not really. intermittant faults just means that the part isn't 100% broke.

UPDATE!

So after work yesterday, I bought some MAF cleaner and Air Filter service kit, spent the whole night cleaning both.

Now I am having issues with keeping the car running.. It will start right up, but after a few seconds it will start to chug, and almost stall.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY CAR?!

and today is my day off, but NO shops are open!
and tomorrow is memorial day, NO shops will be open!

Does anyone have access to a Fuel Pressure Tester, and/or Smoke Tester, and/or Boost Leak Tester??

I will gladly pay you for your help
