Post The Ultimate Stable...

Here's a thread just for fun...

If you could buy any 10 cars and money was not an option, but these are the only 10 cars you could ever own, what would they be?

Let's keep it fun, do your best not to ridicule other people's choices. (but feel free to cut mine up )

Here's my list in no peticular order:

2000 Subaru Impreza 22b (obviously)

2001 Porsche 911 GT2 (it's coming, and it's fast.)

1999 Mclaren F1 GTR (fasted production car in the world, how could you not?)

1998 Volvo V70 AWD Type R (you need a wagon)

1970 Hemi 'Cuda (gotta have your mopar . Add a year if you're a big Miami Vice fan...)

1999 Ferarri 550 Maranello (a true piece of art)

1996 Nissan 300ZX TT (Ah the Fairlady)

1956 International R185-6 Fire Truck, with a transplanted 8.2L Cummings Turbo Deisel engine and Chev drivetrain (gotta tow your trailer with something...)

2000 Subaru Impreza WRC (Gotta have a rally monster)

1966 AC Cobra 427 (This just might be the best Americain car ever built, even though that might not mean too much) <- The uncle was right, it must be late...

Cool! A ten best list.

Alphabetically:

1932 Alfa Romeo 8C2300 'Monza'- A great classic racing car that can be driven on the street.

Alfa Romeo GTV V6 - Fabulous looks, great fourcam V6 engine.

Audi RS8 - Along with STi, best all around performance car (see 'Ronin').

1967 Austin Cooper 'S' 1275 - for going to the supermarket and back as fast as possible.

1939 Bentley 'Embiricos' 4 1/4 Litre - Special streamline body by Van Vooren. One of the most beautiful grand touring cars ever made.

1939 Bugatti Type 57SC - An Atlantic 'Electron' coupe. A rolling work of art with a supercharged straight-8 twincam motor.

1967 Ferrari GTB/4 - Dark green with tan leather interior and Borrani wire wheels. The perfect Ferrari.

Jaguar 3.8 Mk II - Pale yellow with black interior and chromed wire wheels. Best looking sedan, classic English style, XK twincam motor.

1964 Ford Mustang GT350 - With four Weber carbs.

Impreza STi - If my WRX is anything to go by, the best point A to point B car available that can still be used everyday.

I won't make up a whole list since most cars have been mentioned. I can't believe nobody mentioned the Shelby Cobra. With 10 cars to choose from, I'd get both a convertible and daytona coupe.
