Doesnt mean his wheels will clear, different wheels have different faces just because one clears doesn't mean the others will as well.

Yup, I've seen a couple sets of 18's clear but haven't heard anything about the 17's yet. I just would like to not have to use a spacer if possible.

So I'm looking for wider wheel options before I can stance and have "Post pics in this thread" status.

I'd say get new wheels no matter what. You're not going to get the right look with x7.5s. I'd say at least x9.5s, but I'm not sure on offset.

i've got a friend that ran 17x9's and had to run spacers to clear his brembos... don't remember the offset off the top of my head. they were rota torques.
