Default Here in Australia

So I have been down here in Australia for the last couple weeks, and all I have to say is this place is awesome, and Im in luck as I get to stay here for a few more weeks. The only downer so far is that somehow when my card was run they put the decimal point in the wrong location back at LAX so my bill went up by 10X and they can't refund me without the card and thats like 7800 miles away.

Then the internet is really hard to come by since I dont have an international plan on my phone and have to rely on free WiFi, and they dont have that nearly as much as we do in the states.

The cars here are quite different. Everywhere you go there are these UTE's. The holden ones are basically a GTO or G8 with a truck bed El Camino style. Older GC wrx's are not very common but they do have the GD ones plentiful. They did get these older legacy turbo's called the Liberty RS and they are everywhere. They came with the EJ20G instead of the EJ22T that we got. Then there are skylines. EVERYWHERE, most of them are the GTS-T ones but I have seen a couple GT-R's. Also automatics are not liked nor are they very common. These are just a few pictures I took.

Australia is definitely on my bucket list, I love the rs libertys, inspired my own us liberty 20g build. I love the sound of the old 20g's when they been ported and cammed. I heard the highway patrols used to use 22b's for high speed chases in aus. More pics of libertys

Ill take some more when I go back out.

They never used 22b's since only 400 were ever built. They did use STi RA's though.

Nice mate, glad you are enjoying the scene over there. I went two years ago, and waiting to go again lol. I have plenty of pics from australia and on my subie meet and 22b pictures too. I guess I can post them up later to share with you guys. Not thread jacking, just adding to it!

Wear a navy uniform when you go there,
fathers will pay you to marry their daughters,
and bring them back to the states.

Hire a maid service.
Keep them and cycle thru the girls until you get a hot one.
Then marry her.

The expectations have then been set.
Clean house
Dinner made
Dishes done
Always do as told.

Its a win win.

Girls that come in for green cards do not put out and bail soon as they get state side. They see it as their freedom jail time.
