Speaking of the e30 M3, how does the M3 stack up handling wise to the BRZ?

I have to say they are pretty spot on just about everything. on paper the specs are damn close. Driving feels much the same. Granted the M3 is now 20 years old so it has some rattles. Much like any subaru after 6 months of driving
I love driving the M3 as it just has that soul that most new cars dont have. No nanny watching BS.

Thanks for the input. 81k on mine and the transmission wants to vibrate off of its mounts.

And the odometer still works? I don't know how many are on my SpecE30 since the odometer was broken at 186,000 when I bought it, but I know tons of people would like to buy it.

Incidentally, did you recently loan your M3 out to some auto testers for a FR-S/GTI/E30 M3 comparo?

Just got a ride along on Saturday. Fun. Not wild, out of control, or sudden like a terbo setup, but fun and very streetable.

I'd better cancel my order. Who's kit and who's tune?

Tom
Vortech kit, upgraded blower, and small pulley. Peaking around 11-11.5 lbs of boost at redline. Visconti tuned. I mean, it's got power; I'd say it feels like a higher displacement engine which is expected from a centrifugal supercharger. It's not INYOURFACEOMGBOOST like the 300whp GT28 setup I got a ride in a few months ago, but this has less torque and hp for sure.

Usually not, I try and take it easy on the weekends and spend time with the family.

I suppose I can't fault you for that...

The bummer is my new job is the opposite direction. It's no longer convenient to run by on my lunch break. Somehow this is your fault.

Looking forward to seeing your new toys!
