Just curious do you guys produce those front facing turbo kits often? I have seen a few from y'all?

Anyway yeah that's really not much boost to be making such good power.

The turbo is in the typical rotated location, but yes we'd be happy to build/install a setup for folks that get their cars to us.

I don't mean to confuse. I assumed this one was normal rotated setup. Just have seen a few front mounts from you guys. They look great and seems like an efficient location lag wise. I would just want all the exhaust manifold parts and I could buy my own turbo or source it through you guys.

At this time it's a setup we build in house with each car here to ensure fitment. The aluminum cat back we made is gaining popularity as well.

Awesome Jason!

I had big rubbing problems with my old M&H 26" slicks. Downsized to a 24.5" and boom. Problem fixed
Plus the little extra mph wouldnt be bad.

Btw...I see a chute in your future ;p

Keep it up!

Edit: I can't spell..lol

Right now it's just 3", but 3.5 or 4" would help when we're at high boost.

mtcs that would fix the issue, but downsizing the slicks would reduce their effectiveness significantly in addition to hurting his gearing by requiring a shift to 5th. The car needs bodywork.

When I went to a 24.5 I simply increased my RPM in 4th eliminating the need to shift into 5th. But with oem sleeves and oiling system, increasing rpm substantially could be detrimental to the the motors health. Anyhoo, you guys know what you're doing.
Guess it's time to break out the saw and start hacking. lol

If you hack out too much, you might be able to fit a 9" rear end in there :P

Yea he's already past 8000 RPM in 4th gear so dropping that much tire diameter wouldn't work for this setup. The 26" slicks will grow some and hopefully allow him to run ~150 mph in 4th without hitting a crazy RPM when we run at/near 30 psi of boost.

Cmon Jason...sawzall blades and cutoff wheels are cheap.

great job with the vid, Nick.

Front is too low, and the rear is a tad and half too low, I could say more, but I tire of being called a hater. (though innovative and jas have never called me one).

soon2bblackongold you're right. It was too low on that day. Jason just let me know about an issue he found related to this and we'll be addressing it.

I cant stress enough how Freekin Hot it was.

41 celcius on my pickups mirror and it was it the shade.

I was told that the track temps were 131 degrees F. and 95 % humidity

2 weeks ago I was traapping in the 146 range and on Saturday the best I hit was 139mph.

Anyway yes my car was too low, In had a coilover issue and needed to raise the back up a full inch before that race with PnL.

I will be cutting the fenders and adding fender flares in the next few weeks.

Thanks to Phil for putting in alot of work to make this event happen which is in my opinion the best subaru drag event in the U.S.

And thanks to the PnL crew for giving me that gift win I've always dreamed about, there car was hauling ass that day and if not for that misshift during our run I never stood a chance.

You seem like a great guy, jas. I wish you and your crew the best, if u ever want my opinion on drag racing stuff, feel free to pm me.

Those vids, as nick did, are ridiculously helpful. Serious kudos to him.

I just called Jason. The 9.97 pass the tires were rubbing the whole way down the track. That's what all that smoke is from. He raised the car up after that pass.

Doctornick was it pulled for the song in the background?

That tells me it should be a decent bit faster just by not grooving the tires down the track . ??Friction is friction.
