Question Best place to run wires through a WRX?

I'm going to be installing an amp over the weekend, and I was wondering where the best place to run the wires through my WRX would be? I will be running 4 RCA's, the power cable, and the remote turn on/off switch through the car. I was thinking maybe straight down the middle of the car on the side of the middle hump under the carpet?
Or should I go on the side of the car?

Cool

Cjchaps,
I am doing a similar thing this weekend. I am running the RCA's down the center, the power cable and remote down the passengers side (door sill) and the speaker wires under the carpet on the drivers side.
Whatever you decide to do it is a good idea to separate the different types of wires to prevent engine noise (that whining sound)
Hope I helped

That sounds like a good idea. Anyone else have any suggestions?

i have limited experience running cable under the interior of a vehicle. (most of mine has been along the edges, just under the trim)
when you are running the cable through the middle of the car, or anywhere for that matter, what is involved in running the cable? are you taking the seats out of the car? i ask because very soon i will be running wire to my amp/sub setup.

What I did:
On the driver side near the door edge from the front to the trunk:
-amp power wires
-remote
-trunk release power wire
(There is a hole under the clutch pedal that allow you to go through the fire wall. Which make it clean and easy get power from the battery.)

On the passenger side near the door edge from the front to the trunk:
-RCA
-Speaker wires
-CD Changer wire
-anything else for the stereo deck
(It is easier for me to do this on the passenger side because I do NOT have to run these wires under the steering area or run it under the pedals area. Plus you can hind the wire under the top of the foot area carpet or run it under the glove compartment area on passenger side to make the install easier.
