Over Spray & Spit stains?!

I have spray paint over spray on my car that is probably cooked into the paint itself. I have tried removing it with a claybar and that doesn't seem to help!

Also, got spit stains that cooked up on the car and will not go away either... I know its nasty nobody but to blame myself for spitting out the window while driving on the highway. Lol.

Anyone have any ideas on how to remove this? I'm really debating on just getting the car detailed, but I'm on a budget

Sounds like you need to buff the car with some paint correction materials.

Can I use an over the shelf polish compound? I got one from Wal-Mart I think it was Meguier's black bottle.
