Default Best TMIC '12 WRX?

looking to upgrade my top mount. Sticking with the stock turbo but may go e85. I wouldn't refuse to buy a front mount if that's a better route, just need to replace the stock one.

Process West is the best TMIC. I have also had the Perrin and FMS.

Is the PW really worth the money over the Perrin? I do really like the PW though.

Yes, it is worth the money. You will have problems installing the Perrin because it just does not fit. The PW is far superior to all other TMIC, but I paid like $980 for mine.

i have a 2011 wrx with a perrin TMIC. no rubbing issues.

make sure you get the 1/2" adapter from perrin or else it will rub. I also added 1/2" spacers to the tmic bracket on the driver side to give me a peace of mind so it doesn't rub

I took me 6 months to finally make the decision but glad I went with the Process West. My tuner said it was really the only tmic they would suggest.

problem Traction?

Default

A guy here locally had some fitment issues with the Process West. The passenger side silicone hose that runs from the turbo to the intercooler was too short

The older style PERRIN TMIC may have rubbing issues if the turbo isn't reclocked. The current TMIC has the spacer you mention built in so no reclocking is necessary.

I've heard very good things about Perrin's fmic, and I personally think their stealth black core looks awesome.
