Default Review - JDMHub.com - AVOID

I was looking for a very particular Bride seat rail and JDMHub.com listed it with the best price. I placed an order on December 20th 2012. Received a (very poorly formatted) automatic email confirmation. Never received any further updates. Called the 800 number listed on their website, left voicemails, send emails to their support/sales email address and still never received any word back.

Finally today (Jan 14th, 2013) I did a whois lookup on the jdmhub.com domain and found the following:

So I called that number and a guy answered, I said I wanted to cancel an order I placed on jdmhub.com. His reply (poor english) "well... we are moving our warehouse and all orders placed are automatically cancelled". I repeated that I wanted to cancel my order and that I hadn't seen any update or alert about that. He said unless I had been charged already, he didnt know what I wanted him to do. I repeated again that I wanted to cancel my order, gave him the order number. He said to hold on, I waited, then I repeated my order number to him again and he sent me an email confirming the cancellation.

I don't see why that was so difficult

So, if you want to deal with this company, don't.
