Default Got my uppipe from Redstar today, who's gonna hold my hand?

And so it begins. I have a Scoobysport uppipe that I need to install. Anyone interested in guiding me through it? What I could really use is the proper torque settings for the various bolts. I know there's a rather detailed set of instructions in the Mods area but I don't remember seeing torque values. I may rent lift time at Dreamlot to do it.

Gino, I remember you saying something about a cheap CEL fix a while back. Can you hook me up?

Thanks, Joe

Where is it? I looked on their website under Stage 0, the up pipe and the F.A.Q.'s but didn't see anything.

Thanks, Joe

Also, the perrin instructions complement the Vishnu instructions well.

Vishnu has excellent text descriptions, and Perrin has tons of pictures.

Very good. I have to pick up some new gaskets before I get started. I also probably need a smaller torque wrench as the big one probably isn't very accurate in the low range. At first this looks to be a rather daunting job but I'm sure it will be okay.

Cheers, Joe

Thanks for the offer but Pittsburg is a little far from Neptune (Neptune looks almost IDENTICAL to Mountain View). If something goes horribly wrong I want to be close to home.

Cheers, Joe

Since I've not done this I'm planning on about 4 hours worth of work. I just have to pick up some new gaskets and I think I'll be ready to go.

Crow's Landing you punk @ss, November 10th I believe. BE THERE!!!

Hopefully by that time I'll have a new suspension on the car (I should have new swaybars rather soon, Tito is checking into it for me).
