Default AUS Injectors!! Awesome prices and service

I was referred to these guys by Clark Turner @ Goodspeed in AZ. The reason being that I have had 100000x problems with DW and others, mostly DW and their poor injectors and service.

AUS Injector DOES INFACT test EVERY injector they offer!!! Not like the other guys who just test 1 or 2 injectors in a 50 run batch and then put the same flow sheet in EVERY box that they have been using for years.

If you guys havent seen their products and prices.... you are missing out!! The prices are unbeatable and too good to pass up on quality injectors.

Visit or call these guys and they will take care of you properly!
http://ausinjector.com/

No, I do not work for them or anything of the sort...... I was just STUNNED by the quality, price and service when I called to order them. I grilled the guy with questions and all were answered correctly with politeness.
Call any other injector company out there and you will get the feeling that they just want to get off the phone asap if you have technical questions. Either that or they have no clue what you are asking and are unwilling to find someone who does know

Thats it, thanks AUS Injector!

Yep. These are awesome injectors. They supply cores to other companies here and in the subaru community. I cant say who or the vendors will get upset. All the sets I have tuned have been spot on and you get REAL flow charts with REAL latency numbers. Not the same sheet printed off and put in every box like others.

Are they all nice? because they look exactly like the injectors 5-0 motorsports sells, with their being like 9 different kinds to choose from.

I have used the following:

AUS 850cc
AUS 1000cc
AUS 1200CC
AUS Side feed 850

Anything else I cant comment on. I know they supply cores to alot of companies here.

A certain company here has REALLY gone down hill with Success. Sending stock injectors out to people in place of modified injectors, Poor matching, Leaking injectors, and attitudes to customers when any problem is found. I think they got busy and as a result, quality went down the tubes.

So far, every set of AUS has been spot on with a real no BS flow sheet.

Just curious if anyone has any more experience with these? I am hoping to get new injectors soon and these prices seem to be great. Also, what is the difference between the brown and blue 1000cc top feeds? Aside from the browns information saying its 550cc lol...

I am sorry to report that the AUS 1000 injectors have taken a turn for the worse. It seems they changed to a different type of core and now they run like **** and misfire at idle. They had a great product but now I cannot recomend them. If they fix the issue, I will report back but as of right now, They are not usable.

I had bought a set of 650s around the same time as this thread and one of them is leaking when it is off. It worked fine for one day then the next day it was dumping extra fuel in one cylinder and the car was not driveable the next. They look good on paper but didn't last a day in the field.

Any other experience with these? Our injector choice is not what it used to be for Subaru's anymore.

I have the 1000cc side feeds, they run like clockwork. Pushing 350whp on e85 and a small 20g. I realize that the side feed configuration tends not to do so hot, but these run great and I have not had a stumble or a misfire yet! All I can say is, I got an excellent set if injectors with flow sheets right on for a VERY fair price!

I just got a set of 1000's. One came with a cracked tip, another had visible debris behind the filter screen. Needless to say, the car didn't run well with them. I couldn't for the life of me get the car to idle at anything above 10.0 AFR, I even tried scaling the injectors higher to 'trick' it in to leaning out. I also tried playing with latency and all other injector tables with no luck. I will be sending them back and hoping that they refund the full price so I can go with a better known brand.

As of right now, they're a 50/50 shot on quality, which I guess would be good if it was a batting average, but for me it's not acceptable for car parts.

Update: Their customer service is still on point. I sent out the 1000's, they sent me a new set and they were here within 3 days. I haven'y had a chance to toss them in yet - having water meth bugs that I want to work out first.

SF or TF?

I'm looking to possibly upgrade to larger injectors later this year - currently I have SF 650cc DWs - want to try E85 with my bnr16g. Would really rather NOT convert to TF for several reasons. What's my best bet?

I found someone's selling Aus 810 SFs for a good price (NIB) - take a chance? DW? I also found someone selling PE850s - I think they're not made anymore, but were they any good? I've heard to stay away from 5-0.

In the end, I want it to WORK, so am looking for decent quality at a not-insane price. Right now, my default option is DW1000s - anything better out there?

Its in your best interest to convert to Top feed once and for all. I know you want to save some money but the injectors are far to important.

So, for top feed, is Injector Dynamics the way to go?

I'm just wondering how SMOG here in CA would react to modified fuel injection - no idea if it's something they'd have a problem with or not..

Thanks. For an '05 Legacy GT, do I just need the FIC conversion rail ($170 or $180 - which one?) and FIC converted injectors? $495 for FIC 1100s + $170/180isn't bad at all - almost the same price as DW1000s...

Do I still need new fuel lines? The T1 conversion kit seems to have 2 parts - a new rail, and a set of fuel lines..
