That would depend on exactly what you were trying to determine/diagnose. What are your mods, what car/year is this (05 STi?), what map are you using, and what problem are you trying to fix?

Its a 2005 STi, Mods; GS EWG 38mm, Injen CAI, ID 1000's fuel rail, fuel pressure reg, walbro 255, TBE, Spearco TMIC, Cobb AP. E85 tune from P&L.
PROBLEM; Sluggish when leaving from a stop, loss of throttle response and bottom end like a flat spot. When approaching a stop I push in the clutch and come to a stop, the RPM's drop to 100-200 rpm's idle is rough then comes back to 8-900 rpm's. Throws a CEL once in a while for system lean bank 1 (P0171) Did a smoke test for a vacuume leak and everything came back fine. Any thoughts?

Could be a bad front o2, bad MAF, variability in ethanol content of the "E85" you using, intake tract leaks, or other fueling-related issue. Did it always run this way? Have you contacted your tuner? I would highly suggest getting a wideband o2 sensor with in-car gauge, given your mods.

Been working with P&L, waiting to hear back from them on the data logs I just sent. Car ran great at first just started doing this two weeks ago. Saving for a wide band 02.
