Default A/C Line Suggetsions

My wife's BE Legacy, has a developed a hole in the passenger side A/C line that runs down the frame and into the condenser. I've exhausted all of my conventional resources (pick-a-part, NASIOC, eBay, and Subarugeniuneparts) trying to find one but to no avail (pick-a-part has them but there are small variants in nearly every car that render it useless in my wife's, I can't get a response from any of the part out threaders with availability, eBay has nothing, and SGP wants to charge $116 for it).

Any suggestions??
