Sleeves/sleeveless never really bothered me. Only time it did is if I switch back and forth frequently.

So, is the dunk off going to be a huge let down just like the last few years? Any corporate sponsorship involved to pick the winner again?

Probably will suck again. I usually just dvr it and fast forward through it. I'm picking Matt Bonner as my sleeper 3 point contest pick.

Based on the participants, this should be the best dunk contest since Vince Carter. That is as long as the NBA doesn't force the participants to do theatrical **** they wouldn't normally do in a dunk contest.

James White is the king of all dunk contests, and Gerald Green is pretty amazing himself. Faried will try to break the backboard. I'm pumped.

I hope the casual fan appreciates it without a big name star being involved.

One take away from All Star Saturday Night... Kyrie is a gamer.

Although i think we were already starting to figure that out. As a cavs fan, that pleases me. It will be a sad day when he signs somewhere else as a free agent in two years.

One of the more entertaining all-star games I've seen in a while. Especially since it was close and competitive down the stretch. Nothing worse than an all star game that is over and done with by the end of the 3rd quarter.

Did anyone else notice Blake Griffin seemed to be getting bored dunking? Thought that was funny.

Also 2 others released the same weekend. Sir Charles at 50 was fun because Charles really talks about what went down with Philly and how he really looks back about never getting that ring. The other is Bill Simmons' interview with Bill Russel. Just a lot of historical facts you might not know because coverage was limited. Facts about his stats and his involvement in the progression of civil rights for African Americans.

Yeah watched all 3. Recorded the MJ one of course. All were great.

If you haven't yet, read the Wilbon piece about "how soon they forget." It's in regards to the Lebron streak being gushed over and then mentions crazy streaks by others, like MJ, Magic and Wilt I believe. MJ had 10 out of 11 games with a triple double streak. Averaged 34/11/11 in that streak.

I recorded the MJ one as well. As big a Celtics fan as I am, I wore this today funny enough

I heard him mention that on PTI last week. (I understand ESPN haters, I really only like PTI, ATH, and a newfound enjoyment of Papi on Dan Lebatard's show ) I'll check that article. Also, I'm a huge fan of Rose right now essentially saying, "I'll play when my body is ready to play." Especially in light of how RGIII essentially said, "yeah I'm like Adrian Peterson, I'll be back by week 1."

If I'm a Redskins fan I'm screaming at my tv calling him a dummy.

Nice with the Pippen shirt!

I ever tell you I saw Pip at O'Hare airport?

I think his early years maybe rookie? Anyways, I was waiting to be picked up. Was in my teen years. Guy in Chevy Blazer pulls up, maybe 20 feet away. No one really around just me and his car in the pickup area. Guy gets out and I'm like, "Whoa. That's Pippen!" Wave he waves back. Made my day!

He was doing Chevy commercials back then, hence the Blazer.

If you've read The Jordan Rules (I'm sure you have) I'm sure you're aware he needed to do Chevy commercials back then since Krause was a lustful cockmonster for Kukoc. Saving all his pennies and properly dicking Pip (and everyone really) in contract negotiations.
