Default For those that went w/ the Audio-Integrations Enclosure...

I am pretty much sold on this enclosure because it seems to be the cleanest thing money can buy (That you don't have to fabricate yourself) and my favorite part...it won't move. Anyway knowing that the inside air space is .90 cu/ft approximately I am trying to research the best bang for the buck sub. My power/ground is run using 8 Gauge wire so I want to stay at or under 500 RMS so please keep that in mind when making suggestions. I don't need the bass to be heard by my neighbors, I just want some deep low end to compliment the rest of the stereo.

So far this is what I've considered:

Alpine Type R (may need more amp than I want to get though)
Alpine Type S (Newer version)
Image Dynamics IDQ
JL Audio W3
Sundown Audio SA-10 (http://www.woofersetc.com/p-9263-sa-...subwoofer.aspx)

Also, on a side note I tried the 250 Watt Powered Class D Bazooka Tube and it just didn't do it for me. Could barely hear it over road noise/stock SPT Exhaust. I ended up getting my money back. Thanks for the help

You know AI can actually recommend some too... I mean, they know what works and characteristics of all of them as well.

True - and you need to talk to them about your driver choice in case it will need attention from the enclosure build. I use the JL Audio W3 woofer, and Audio Integrations made a special trim ring that will work with the driver - their standard trim ring is too thick to work with the JL speaker.

I have talked to them, he told me even the W6 fits but I dont need that much sub. John, how do you like the W3? I'm leaning that way.

Went with the Alpine Type R, about half the price of the JL W3 and the sealed box dimensions recommendations looked like a perfect match. Thanks all.

Does anyone know how to reach audio integrations. I have left a pm on this site and left an email for them with no response. They have a local phone number that is disconnected that I found on iPhone maps. Any phone numbers for them or suggestions. Thank you

I went with the newest version of the type R and running a MRX-M110 for an amp.

Also, I had the top mount come loose/break on the audio integrations enclosure.
