Default Location of pass compartment wiring for charco canister vent valve on 99 RS?

I'm just having a tough time of this, and since the search function is down on here...

Situation: I have a jdm ej20g in my 99 RS. I'm using a uk ecu, so it has the extra wire for a purge solenoid for the fuel vapors (and hence gives me a cel without one). The oem 99 RS location for that valve is on the charcoal canister in the rear of the car. I'd love to simply intercept the wiring coming into the engine compartment that normally runs to the original ecu and wire it to the new one and it's should all be happy n functional.

Anyone know where I can find the aforementioned inbound wire?
