Default Vibration

Ok so I have a bugeye RS with a set of ADR wheels and 225/35/R19 General G-Max ASO-3 tires. I have forever for the life of my car had a vibration in the rear end even after a tire rotation/ new tires balanced etc. What could be causing this? Is it common for a subaru bugeye to vibrate at 55-60 mph. This is the only speed it vibrates at.

Main reason for the vibration is unbalance of tires. When the wheel rotates, irregularity of mass may cause it to hop or wobble, which can cause ride disturbances and other harmful threads.

Its not the tires or wheels its in my e-brake. I was on the highway today trying to figure it out. When I pulled the e-brake it got a lot worse. What can I do to fix that?

There is an ebrake adjustment. Maybe try adjusting it so it's not as tight. This is assuming your ebrake pads are working properly.

I took apart my ebrakes last night. It turned out the mini drum had a rust bubble build up on the lip and as it passed over the ebrake shoes it would thump. I cleaned it up with a file and sand paper and put new shoes in. Thanks for the help guys.
