Default Did i lock out my ECU?

Using ECUflash and Tactrix cable only, disabled my TGV delete CEL's, etc.. Today i went to read the map and as it was loading to my laptop, i set it down and almost closed the lid accidentally. Enough that it went into sleep mode. Now all icons(read from ECU, write to ECU, Test write, etc..) are grey and i can't click any. I've done the correct process and still nothing. I Uninstalled ECUflash, reinstalled and tried again with no luck. Any ideas? I will have to wait until the weekend before i can have someone with their own laptop and Tactrix cable to see if they can connect. Thanks for any tips you can offer.

Mark

If your just reading the rom then your fine... If you were writing when it failed then thats a different story.

This. And you wouldn't be locked out. More like you bricked the ECU

it likely would only have bricked it if he was writing the map and turned the key off at any time before it was finished.
