Default Updated my firmware and now the Ap wont connect

Hey everyone I tried updating my Cobb Ap V2 for my 2002 wrx. All went fine untill the AP tried to reconnect to the computer after it completed all 19 steps of the update which i thought was weird. Now the AP will not connect at all to my computer. i know the USB is fine so I think it may be a problem with the AP itself? Now when i plugg it in to my computer the AP just says "AccessPORT" and sort of flashes. I appreciate any help thanks

Does the AccessPORT Manager recognize that the AccessPORT is connected? If you haven't rebooted already - I would disconnect the AccessPORT, reboot, start the software again and then connect. If this works, attempt to update the firmware again. If it won't recognize the AccessPORT, try a different USB port. If that doesn't work, give our tech support staff a call:

I have a Macbook pro, and I just installed the AP manager so it is the latest version.

The AP wont connect to the Manager. I have restarted the computer, and tried to get the AP to connect but it just says unable to find accessport. I called the number and it wanted me to leave a msg.

Thanks for the reply Bill!! I just talked to someone at customer service and they are taking care of me. Unfortunately I do need to send the AP in, but oh well hopefully this will be fixed sometime next week. Thanks COBB
