Tallest tire safely possible

This is a for-fun only thread. Will not be doing this. What is the tallest tire I could safely put on my 2011 stock suspension wrx? And what exactly would happen if I put on a tire much taller than that? It would change my gear ratios, reduce my travel, increase cog, what else? And what would all of this mean for everyday non aggressive driving?

Stock struts will cap out around a 25.5" diameter due to the spring perch location.

Comfy daily driving, but extended hearing - may not be an issue for mostly highway but start and stop sucks.
