Default tune change radiator fan time?

My 06 wrx on these past super hot days in traffic/idling with the ac on will start to over heat and I'm wondering if it has anything to do with my tune? I'm going to change my coolant, check my thermostat, etc but i was wondering this. I know my fans turn on but maybe late/not long enough?

What are your mods? Unless you have some crazy build (stroker motor, etc.), more typical Subaru mods are not going exceed the stock cooling capacity. Definitely sounds like a mechanical issue.

Could a bad thermostat, old coolant, or the fans be the problem? My car has 30k miles and I'm gonna change the coolant as soon as i figure this out
