08 16" 2.5i steel wheels on 09 wrx?

I can't find anything about these years, they are all older/newer.

I just bought an 09 WRX after driving an 08 2.5i for a couple years. A couple weeks ago I was finally sick of the steel wheels on the 2.5 and found a set of WRX 17" wheels, identical to the ones I have on my new car. I was going to keep both the steel and alloy wheels for the 2.5 for winter/summer. I am now going to sell the car.

Will the stock 16" steel wheels fit on my new WRX, so I can replace the 2.5 wheels with alloys and sell the car for more money and still have a winter/summer set for myself?

Iirc they won't clear the calipers.

Depth, the spoke clearance. Not sure on spacers.
