Default Climate Change With Custom AP Tune

I am seriously considering picking up an AP/COI to get the mods going. With the AP I am considering having Cobb-Surgeline do the custom tune. I will be moving to Anchorage, AK later this year or beginning of next year. Obviously this is going to be quite a bit different from Washington (in the winter anyway). Would it be advisable to flash back to (Cobb) stock + COI map?

This may be a better question for the tuner but I figured you all would have a quick answer... Thanks

You most likely won't have to worry about the colder temps on the custom tune map, but I would let them know about it before the tune.
