Default Idle problem, pulses / stutters at light throttle

Bit of a tricky one,
2006 impreza EJ20, auto, 55,000km

1) when warming up at light throttle between 2000rpm and 3000rpm the car seems to pulse / stutter doing anywhere between 60kmph and 100kmph on the motorway. Once the car has been warm for a while it tends to go away completely.

2) when the car has been hot for a while and you do a few small trips turning the car on and off a few times, sometimes the idle pulses for a few seconds before clearing itself.

3) recently, it has started when on the motorway if u take your foot off the throttle then re aply, it tends to be very stuttery / jerky. It doesnt always do it.

Items already done,
- new pugs
- throttle body clean
- new o2 sensor

Any help would be appreciated, not sure where to go with this as there are no CEL's.

Cheers

Ok a little bit more info if it helps anyone?

- if the car is turned off for around 30 mins ish after being hot this problem surfaces
- also notice it does it when the steering is locked over, almost like the power steer pump is dragging down the idle then it gets a pulse on and in gear (D) the car pulses on and off.....
