Default Porsche owners

Picked up a 1995 993 Carrera 4 in black metallic last week. It is quite machine and the rawness is intoxicating (analog beyond belief). As such, I figured it proper to start a thread for the proper connoisseur. I know there are a couple of Porsche owner's lurking about.

A break from a cruise on some special Wisconsin roads:

At a vintage event over at Road America in May:

It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.

This is great. The lurker has been officially lurked.

Good fun though and I have 993 to boot.

That is very nice. Was speaking with my Porsche tech Chris and they had a 90' 964 Guards Targa "Turbo" look with 15,150mi getting it's yearly service. It was a cherry.

thanks I guess I should mention it is an 84 930, It only has 27k miles on it but the paint looks pretty aged. Otherwise its in great shape and have fixed up a few things since that pic was snapped.

Just need to drive it more now

You're right about driving more mate. It is especially hard up here in the Middy where it rains for three days straight and you only get one day of sunshine in return. I'm not too worried about mileage since I have 2 other vehicles to worry about, but it will be driven for the boys and girls to have a looksy.

The 993 right now is getting the updated shimmied pulley from the turbo and I went ahead and replaced the Alternator to boot. It's on the Porsche dealership's dime, so I have no complaints and they let put on the lift for about 5hrs to go through all the bits.

Oh, I thought it was some sort of anti-motorpotor jargon that I wasn't hip to.
