Question What is the most expensive thing you have purchased?(besides your education)

I think half of us would say education so leave that out. what is it? a car, house, boat, tv, shoes?

mine is the PC I am on. about $1,200

The most so far is 25K for my car, but I am probably gonna buy my parent's home w/in 5 years which will probably be 200k.

number 1 & 2 were paid entirely in cash/personal check while 3 was charged...

Condo = $91,000 (put $25K down in cash...g/f moved in)

Sony DA555ES = $700 (reciever, paid cash...pissed off g/f)

MY02 RS = $21,000 (paid in full cash...pissed off g/f...lost g/f - I want a ring)

After g/f moved out (paid cash):

PC = $1600 (built it myself)
32" Sony Wega = $1100
1992 CBR600F2 = $3500 + >$1000 in mods

SWM looking for SWF...


I'm glad that my education was covered with scholarships. So much for that Finance degree, I'm now a Network Admin.
