Default quick question offset

I looked at the stickies and

my friend is selling a set of rota's that are 18x9 5x100.

What is the proper offset for that size? The stickies topped off at 8"

Also will they clear brembo's?

I do know which kind but he has 235/50 on them so I dont know if they will fit but I would like to put some snow treads on them. Or will that profile will work for a bit by the time I get new tires. I am currently in the market for tires too.

please dont hate. I'm mainly running off the mobile app. searching sucks off this thing.

You want a offset on the +42 range and you will still have to modify the rear quarters to make them fit. Tire size will depend on home much fender and camber work you are will to do (255-35-18, 245-35-18, 235-40-18, 225-40-18). Need to know which Rotas and offset to figure out if they will clear Brembos.
