Default NEED HELP asap pls

Hey guys, I am currently installing a stage 1 map on my 07 wrx and at about 97% of saving stock ecu settings the ap screen went out. What I was wondering will it go right to installing the map and then I can just wait a while and turn it off and all will be good? Still plugged into car. trying to find some answers as I dont want to screw my ecu.

Thanks

Did the cable to the AccessPORT or cable get bumped in any way? I would make sure that the cable is securely connected to both the AccessPORT and the car. The version 2 AccessPORT has a recovery process if there is a failed flash. If, however, the AccessPORT screen is still dead, I would key cycle the ignition (turn it from on to off to on again) and attempt to start the car. If it doesn't start, then I would attempt to reconnect the AccessPORT and see if the screen comes up. If it does, follow the on-screen instructions - if there aren't any and you at the main menu, then attempt to install it again (or go to Tune -> Change Maps and reflash a map again). If everything is dead, I would make sure you do not have a dead or problematic car battery. If all else fails, give our tech support a call on Monday and they can walk you through addtional steps that I may not be thinking of:

Thanks for the info. I checked on youtube on what the installation went through. I just assumed everything work. Disconnected and unhooked test mode, car started. Stage 1 map seems good. Tried on car again and no screen. Plugged into computer and screen comes on for a second but then fades out. Would that be covered under the warranty?

That sounds like an issue that would be covered by warranty. I would go ahead and give our customer support a call on Monday.
