Default hyperblinking non-led turn signal

hi guys my car has an issue with right front turn signal hyperblinking when my parking lights are on. if my lights are off it does not hyperblink. anyone knows why? thanks.

only driver side hyperblinks when:
1. parking lights/ tail lights are on
2. full lights are on with or without fog

does not hyperblink when
drl is on or when brake lights are on or(foot on brake).

The problem is the RF bulb-socket wiring.

hey thanks for the reply. it seemed thr issue was a bad bulb. I mean the car is fairly new and barey driven only 30k miles so I doubt it was a socket issue. the damn driver side bulb is so hard to change because of the battery or I would have resolved thr issue sooner.
