Can you provide some more details? What exactly is occurring, at what RPM range, what are your boost levels, etc..

Well i bought the car completely stock about a month ago and threw on.a cat back and felt like the car was losing boost so i got a boost gauge and noticed as soon as i hit wot it will hit like 16psi and then fall to 10 than back to 15 and so on till i let off its got 120000 miles. I went to subaru cause i couldnt feel that restrictor pill so i bought that with the new t and the 3 lines goin into them. I tried to clean my bcs lastnight with it in test mode and heard absolutley no clicking from the bcs. Could that be the problem? Thank you

On a completely stock 2.0L WRX the boost should peak out at about 13psi if I recall, and then taper back. It definitely shouldn't peak, taper, then peak again. Kind of hard to diagnose online, I would try and get some logs and go from there. If you can't you can always try a new bcs, and see what happens. It just sucks throwing money at a problem without having a little more info on it.

my assumption maybe. i know this more then wrong but might be an idea.
your stock exhaust creates back pressure to the turbo so now that you opened up the back end there is no pressure. thus makin you spool then taper then your ecu thinks "hey no back pressure let me boost some more"
i saw this once online and not sure of accurate more then likelynot the root cause of your problem

A tactrix cable is probably the most cost effective route. Accessport will work also, but they are a waste of money IMO. The lines were a good inexpensive place to start. I would assume the stealership will want quite a bit for a new bcs. You might get lucky and find someone locally that has one you can try out, but I would be a little surprised. I have a couple laying around, if you need one let me know. I know it sounds dumb, but have you reset the ECU yet? Might be worth a shot.

My car is pretty heavily modified, and I'm using an HKS EVC, so I'm not sure, and I can't recall right off. You will be fine with the older tactrix cable, assuming you can find someone willing to part with one. Other wise just visit their site Tactrix. I live in Phoenix, but I am out in Vegas working for a few more weeks.
