Patience>Dollars. You did it right IMO. Your break in period will be over in under 48 hours. You sound calculated and informed with your decision.

Dealerships in Ohio... you'd be lucky to see three on a lot at any given time :P

I know how you feel, but it might be better not knowing. Once i found out my eta was april it sucked even more. Based on your order date i would say mid to late March eta.

For the guys still waiting......a ray of hope. I was called by my dealership today and told my original ETA of April was wrong and the car is due to me on Feb 26th!

So keep the hope guys it's possible to go from no update or info like I had until Wednesday to your car in less than a month.

You guys are suckers. I walked into my dealership yesterday and walked out with a car that was a 95% match for what I wanted. No deposits, no waiting 4 months. Just 3 hours in the sales office. Got it for $350 over invoice.

When did you order? Monday will be six weeks for me and my parts pile is already growing

From the trend I have seen on this thread, It appears WRX's are coming in a lot sooner than the Sti's...

Maybe, but i ordered a limited with navi. I guess that just proves the theory wrong that navi takes "so much longer" as many claim

Finally graduating after the car has been at the dealer for a week. Here are my photos 2013 base hatch with fogs. Had 11 miles on it.

Good for you. I got 100% match and $500 UNDER invoice. Worth the wait to me since I'm spending $30k on it. Sucker.

yeah...hes got issues. i could have bought one from the dealer but it wasnt the color i wanted, and it didnt have exactly what i wanted. if you get lucky and find the color you want...cool.

and this way i know no one else drove it

That is exactly it. If you find one on the lot cool, but if it has more than ~10 miles it has been test driven. If you see 100ish miles that thing has likely been beat to crap from many test drives. Screw that
