Thanks, not quite mine yet, though. Just went and looked at it because I couldn't wait. this will be my first stick shift so I'm going to wait on the sts.

they did put the dealer sticker on it though, even though I told them not to.

Did the Cobb AP itself make a noticeable difference between stock and stage 1? At what mileage did you go stage 1?

Just label it as a journal and slowly document the little things you do , no one will have a problem with that.

i tried the same thing, even had them sign off on the request sheet i made....so much for that. " blah blah blah dont worry sir" you can take a wild guess what happend.

still feel good about slamming those lazy ******** on the reviews. i sure hope that put a dent in their csi bc it made my delivery date far from perfect. its amazing what happens to sales when cars sell themselves...

pics do this car no justice at all. And waiting is worse when it's at the dealership and you can't drive it home

I should be able to answer that in the next week or so. I can send you a PM. I am a couple hundred miles away from my comfort level of modding. I did get a nice drive in yesterday so I am closer. I can't wait to put that intake and AP stage 1 on though! Been sitting in my closet for over a month!

I will say this about the AP in general. I have had an AP on my past 2 cars, a civic Si and an Evo X. Both times it made a HUGE difference flashing to stage 1 and eventually stage 2 on the evo.

Now mod for mod the evo will make power easier and cheaper than the wrx/sti, but I fully expect to feel a very noticeable increase on the wrx.

I don't know if this is true but I think for the the AP biggest improvement would be the reduction of the turbolag.

I have AP on my speed3, the difference is noticeable for sure. Just wondering if it would be the same for the WRX, I have the AP waiting now for me to break 1000 miles ha.

I will run the base stage 1 flash first, then install the Cobb intake and flash that map. Just to give a comparison for those that care.

Asked my dealer today if they had any updates. I have a VIN (which they haven't told me), no eta but expected march, and then accessories should take 2 weeks to assemble? Starting to lose confidence in my dealer because of how vague they've been the whole time.

Damn man.... when did you order? I'm guessing Jan13 due to your join date?

And is that two weeks at the dealership for accessories?
