Thanks guys! Haha yeah we're definitely family in here. My suggestion to you guys, go on to the website of the Dealer you ordered from and email the Internet Sales Manager with your VON & info inquiring about your order. They will and should email you back ASAP with some info on your order.

Definitely like family lol!! I would do that except I'm sdc and have no Von. Hopefully people on the east coast start getting calls soon!

The Cetus Leader just got through Cape Cod Canal and on its way to Boston.

You guys are getting me excited now. Week 12 officially started with Cityside (Boston-SNE). I might start booking my MegaBus ticket from NY to Boston to pick 'er up.

Still no word from dealer today. When I was at week 6, I was harassing my dealer while the website was updating with VINs. I almost feel bad since I told him I'd sit tight until he contacts me once I got VIN... But that's what he's for though right? =)

I will let you know as soon as my car is no longer in transit or I get the call!! Or sooner if I can't take it anymore.

Lol, I only talked to my dealer about my order once (like 1 or 2 weeks ago) and I told him the same thing.

After I hung up the phone, I was like ****... I shouldn't have said that. I'll just call SOA every so often. At least I get a different person each time

Off Topic: Whenever I call them, they all say "I see you got the WRX in SWP, very nice choice"
I'm like "You must get sick of saying that, considering I've seen at least 30 other SWP online... and they are probably calling as much as I am"

Just sold my current car, $1k more than carmax would give me and $1.5k more than trade in. This wait will either leave me with huge downpayment......or a room full of parts lol decisions decisions

You too man. I work in professional services industry so I felt WRB wouldn't present well to clients and also feels like high school look at me vibe. Will be incorporating blue throughout the car though. I'm at week 2 also lol

I have already had a blue and a white subaru before. Just thought the DGM cars looked pretty badass.

So I stopped by my dealership today again, as I was in the area, dealer still did not have a VIN, which has him annoyed (he thinks we should've had it by now). He tells me they won't have a VIN until all the components of the car are present and ready for assembly, and that we could be waiting on as little as one part. I also asked if it was possible if they would've or could've shipped the car without providing him a VIN, to which he said no But I did remember to politely ask him not to drill the bumper and not to place a dealer sticker on the car. I don't think they like it when you ask for them not to place the sticker on the car

So I was going to ask the dealer not to drill mine out, but from what I've been able to find, all the plate deletes available require those holes. Do you know of any that attach to the factory holes?

it has been posted a few times in this thread. you do not need to drill holes to use a front plate in the center of the front bumper.

Thanks. I've seen the totsubo mounts, but those add a gap between the delete and the bumper. If possible, I'd like to find a delete that uses the holes that the totsubo mounts screw in to. Maybe I'll have to see about getting one made...

ohh, i see.

i believe the kartboy front plate delete uses the squares. i guess their screws just go through the back of the squares.
