Okay now I'm having second thoughts about the color of my order for a dark gray metallic. The order was "placed" (okay, I told the dealer) 8 days ago. I don't think their orders are actually read until the 10th of each month, or thereabouts.

Now I'm also thinking WRB and SWP for my WRX Hatch...

It hurts..

I went through that too. I think it's a side effect of the "wait." I stuck with my original choice. Anybody else have the color-change itch and actually scratch it?

When I almost bought a 09 I wanted DGM, then looking at 12s I wanted white because I was tired of dark colors. When time came to order a 13 I showed my wife all the colors and let her choose, she wanted WRB since it was something completely different than what we have had in the past. It was second on my list, but now I am extremely happy that's what I am getting.

I like the WRB a lot of course but I have a moral dilemma. When I first went in to test drive a BRZ the salesman looked me up and down and said something to the effect of "you don't want a BRZ. You want a rally blue hatch."

Can anyone confirm if older 2002/2003 wrx rims will fit a 2013? Looking for a winter setup.

There 16x6.5 with 5x100 +53 offset they will fit. You can either do a 205 55 Tire which was stock for those rims, but will make your speedo off by like 2 mph or you can do a 215 55 which is almost the exact height if the stock 2013 tires. I just picked up a set of 05 wrx rims myself might do 205s because there cheaper.

Thanks. They come with Firestone winterforces on them...about 2,000 miles on them. Prior to putting the winter on them he had a shop paint the rims gunmetal...its local but he's asking $625 for them...seems a little high from what I have seen the older rims go for on here....what you guys think?

Can anyone tell me which wheels come with the 2013 WRX Limited sedan? Can't find the answer online unless I am missing something obvious. I'm trying to price out a winter set of wheels / tires on TireRack.com.

Well those tires seem to be around 100 bucks each on Tire rack for the 205s, then you would pay shipping and have to have them mounted and Balanced, plus the cost of the rims themselves. Sometimes your see a newer rim/Tire combo go for less but the tread life is half gone. Also a lot of people paint the older rims anyway because after 10 years there's a decent amount of curbing/chips. When I bought my rims I didn't want tires installed because I wanted a specific tire. On Long Island the highways are typically cleared very fast and I felt like I could get away with a high performance winter tire like the wintersport 3ds as opposed to the Blizzaks which perform better in snow covered roads, but I rarely found the rim/tire combo I wanted. Research that tire and find out if it suites your driving needs, if it does, make him an offer. Also just remember those rims don't have TPMS so your going to have a yellow indicator light on constantly.

You'll be happy with DGM. That color is crazy sick. Understated but awesome. Keep her clean and waxed and you'll never take your eyes off it. I was 99% set on that or similar color in my next car... why I went with WRB is beyond me.

Uhhhh.... that's creepy. I'm not sure if you should be insulted in some way or flattered in another. Are you just that easy to read? Did you go in there wearing a rally t-shirt or something?

Nah I don't have any rally clothing. Actually the guy reminds me of David Puddy from Seinfeld. Maybe he's a mystic.

Well hopefully you make a decision quick. You'd hate to be 3 weeks in, and then have to cancel your order and go back to the end of the line. But it would also suck to regret your color choice, so wasting 3 weeks or whatever, may not be THAT bad when you consider the regret. I have an OBP now and regret not waiting to find an SWP every time I see one. That's why I'm ordering SWP now. I know, I know, I'm probably not helping much lol.

So far I've seen a lot of base and premium sedans on here. Has anyone gotten ETA's or picked up any 5 door limiteds? I think it would also help for people to post their trim when they list their info. Since, it's likely that Subaru is also doing runs of certain trims together.

Well, I've been wanting to check out the new 12/13 sti but the 2 dealers local to me cant seem to keep any on the lot. I'm not one to buy something that I cant test drive. Looks like I'll be waiting or going with a cpo 335i.
