Default fuel pump controller

so im trying to finish a swap I started about a month ago I'm having issues figuring out wiring in the fuel pump regulator can't upload pics but here is a link I need to know what the the blue w/black wire and the blue wire are and the positive negative and ground any help would be appreciated

You'll need to provide more information. What swap are you doing? What year is the car you are doing the swap on? I would not recommend doing any of the work on your harness in that location either.

Dude.....just bypass it. It's crap anyways and a tuning headache when it's at 33% and you need 100!!! Lol. Who cares if the walboro burns up in 20k miles they're $75 lol Run a wire from the fuel pump relay( pass side kick panel..green connector) straight to the pump. And don't forget to ground the pump as close as you can to itself too (cuz the controller controlls both side of the circuit). preferably grounded on the frame somewhere nice and secure. Done.
