With $9300 in damage over the past 2 years, I'll never be able to sell this car. It's official, it's with me for life now. Lol

Sorry to hear about the car Dawn.

On a side note the 26th of this month is fast approaching and i should finally be able to swing by. possibly with my first ever custom headlamp job if I get around to it and the wife doesnt get mad I am using the oven to bake them apart.

To I need help stat, just lost boost pressure on my 06 sti an the check engine light is on. Vacuum is still there and when it should surge off the excess air it sounds like I'm jamming a gear into its slot. Any leads??? I checked the intake and charge pipes and everything looks ok, motor is still hot so I'm waiting till it cools off to search more.

Posted in the Transmission section cause I believe that I've tracked it down to a bad throw out bearing. I eventually reset the ecu to get boost back and the check engine light to go off, figure it was a factory tune setting that took away boost with the check engine light on for that particular code.

Well the good news is the wife and I ordered new kitchen appliances for the house that includes a stove. SOOOO looks like I'll be able to do that project. The new stove should be here on the 17th. The old stove will get moved to the garage until we sell it or get rid of it. Which works for me because I can use it for the project.

Should not take too long to do. I just have to figure out what I want to do to them other than a lense swap. Not sure if I want to paint the HB bowl or use a different color black on the inside. Install angel eyes? too many options once those things are apart.

I will temporarily be re-installing the OEM chrome headlamps in case I dont finish the set in one day and find myself wanting to retrofit them.

Yes, I have 3 sets of headlamps, 2 oem and one knock off pair I am using for salvage/practice.
I am removing the lenses from the knock off pair and putting them on the OEM 2008 headlamps I have that have internal DRL hazing. Before I replace the lenses I will be painting the housings (different black) as well including possibly the high beam bowls.

Anyways anyone know what type of adhesive they use for the lenses?
