Default Possible to use stock WRX 2011+ head unit in...

..a 2010 WRX? I want to add blue tooth but keep the stock look. Would that be possible?

You will be replacing crap with poop. I would just go aftermarket. You can just buy the Media Hub for the 2010 headunit and essentially have the 2011 headunit.

Excuse my ignorance but what is the media hub? Does it support blue tooth?

I understand that the stock head units are the best but only really listen to talk radio and I would be adding blue tooth just for phone calls

Looks like the media hub does not offer blue tooth calling

If you needed Bluetooth you would also need the steering wheel controls to go with it because there is no controls for it on the headunit. I'd seriously consider just getting a nice aftermarket unit, it would be easier.

Pioneer and Alpine both make great quality Bluetooth units, the model that is right for you depends on your budget.
