Default just put my merged harness back in!!!!

This is a 05 wrx swap to my 2000 rs on my rs tranny keep in mind. ECS did my wire merge.

I need a little help. Theres a last few plugs here i have left to find spots for them or are some not needed? Not sure, i am missing i noticed two plugs from my old harness that one lead towards the tranny for the speedo i guess. I know theres two wires comin from my rs tranny but dont see that old plug on the harness. It has the 6 prong plug holes on it. An now i feel like it was cut off. Do i have to change something here? An also there like a thermometer thingy on my passenger side engine bay that usually has a plug for it. I did find the plug but now its too short. An theres a few plugs ull see one behind my air intake, an a few behind my motor. Check out the pix il put them in the best order possible. Ina few once i get to my computer again.

this is the plug that comes from my tranny that im missing the other end on the harness it self now.

an this is that 3 prong insert that i have the plug for thats too short now.

heres the one short 3 prong male that goes into the other 3 prong female under my hood, dont know what to do here, an also this grey an brown plugs i have dont know where they go.

an this is the last plug i have behind my intake that runs next to the MAF sensor plus an the o2 sensor plug.

can i eliminate these or am i missing something?
