Anyone have suggestions on where to put my TXIC sticker(s) on my hatch? I'm indecisive. I would put it on the windshield but thats gonna get replaced sooner than later hopefully

hopefully new O2 sensor gets in tomorrow, along with a wiper fluid tank that doesn't leak, and a upper coolant tank that isn't rusted

Anyone know of a good place to get a rotate, balance, and alignments inside the 610 loop or around the 610 loop? (preferably on the west or north side) I'm tired of going to NTB in spring and getting my lugs stripped by NEWBLET WANNABE CAR MECHANICS

alright guys i finally finished my ride and got a tune but im very disappointed in the results. i coul dnot got the meth/water injection kit to work properly so had to tune without the meth. anyways im pretty disappointed in my numbers, i figured i would be at least in between the 350-370 range. WELL, after having engine logics tune it heres what they were able to get me. 320whp/325wtq with 21lbs of boost. BUT to say the least im very dissappointed in my number that they got me. it is what it is tho. waiting on a few parts to arrive to hook meth back up and get it working properly. so after that ill be having it tuned again and see what number come with it. more than likely ill be heading to dallas area to AWD tuning fo r next tune. will see, not to sure yet..

Have Discount Tire do the rotation and balance - costs about $25 if you didn't buy the tires from them; if you did, it's free for the lifetime of the tires.

For a full alignment, go to Montrose Auto Repair: http://goo.gl/maps/V21nN
Charged me $70 for a full alignment to my specs (zero toe, max negative camber) - you will not find a better automotive shop in the loop.

Those numbers are interesting although it is better to have low numbers and a safe tune opposed to great numbers and sketchy tune.

Just my .02 cents.

Why not go to cobb like Todd? Their waiting list is only a month long

Cobb no longer tunes cars that run methanol.. called them yesterday and they refused to tune my car if i am running meth.

IIRC Engine Logics has a very low scoring dyno lildjloop. Also, dynos are just tools to judge decreases and increases in power for the mods you put on your car. SO theoretically you could go do a dyno run at AWD tuning and get WHP number like 387 at 4500 RPM even though you did nothing to your car since your dyno run at EL. Getting caught up in the numbers game can get crazy because not everyone tunes on the same dyno, so comparing numbers from different dynos is fruitless. They are just numbers

Now whether AWD tuning has a better tuner... I have no idea...

Best bet on judging your power output would be trap speeds on the strip and compare to others. I vote subie meet at the track!

That's retarded to be dissappointed on what their dyno says.....without your meth hooked up......in 100 degree weather....

......you're close to 400whp on a dynojet....happy now?

when i get my meth hooked up and re-tuned whatever number i get then ill be happy... it is what it is i cant do much about it. I guess I just expected different numbers. I'll get over it.

something does seem off if your only hitting 320whp at 21 psi on a gt30 turbo. is it stock location or rotated? even on a mustang low reading dyno 30r are normally between 350-400 with conservative tune. does is seem a lot faster? whats your impression on driving it?
