Last time I checked, tire techs made close to minimum wage. I worked in the motorsports industry for several years before doing what I am now, and its making far more than that.

someone is seriously butt hurt.

Tires aren't your profession either. Marketing them is. Let us know when you are formulating compounds, and engineering efficient tread blockings. You haven't really backed up any posts you've made. Might want to put some of that marketing experience to use, and inform us. If you knew.

And a company like that would not want you dropping their name and associating yourself with them, making posts like that. You look like a ****ing idiot.

Im terribly sorry for promoting a quality product. Please look at consumer reports. What tires are at the top of the list??? Michelin! Just cause you don't think you can afford them doesn't mean they aren't the best.

It seems like your getting pretty butt hurt yourself. This thread was a guy looking for tire advice. I gave him advice. This is the point of forums. You think its to talk down to other people. Its getting a little out of control. I always see you starting arguments here. One day you will say the wrong thing to someone and you will be banned. Hooray! ! That will be a beautiful day.

I have no need to market on this website. These tires sell themselves.

oh man.....I worked for goodyear back in the mid 80's......had one of the first sets of gatorbacks that wasnt a size for the 'vette

they were ok.....the eagle gt's sucked

anyway.....I know good tires when I see them.....and I can afford whatever tires I wanna buy.
I'd buy pilot sport cups if i was only driving in town(NOT).....but i work in the oil fields of texas now so the closest thing to an r compound that wont flat at the blink of an eye is the Federal 595RS-R which I find to be a great tire even OFF road

if I tried to drive even the super sports off road the way I drive these 595RS-R's....they would be done in a day.....these 595's im on now have about 15k on them and are getting ready to be replaced

now....i dont know what you really do....'marketing' ???

ok...great.......but i know what works for me....and i can get a set of 4 595's shipped for about $450....that would get me 2 of your consumer report specials .....maybe.

anyway....recommending the most expensive tires to people is a fools errand, IMO....if ya offer them best bang for the buck, ya almost always make a friend and when they tell their friends about it....ya got more friends

so...in the end.....meh

Yes we all appricate your wisdom and knowledge of subaru, but no need to start **** with someone for no reason. Unless thats what you do. I remember a thread on a fourm of arguments started by YOU. Is this what your about?

noones saying they aren't good. but there are just as good if not better options for cheaper.

in the end, people buy what they're gunna buy. and dropping some name every chance you get isn't going to change it.
