Default 74's 11 WRX Sedan Build

Hi guys I've been a member on the forums for years but never took the time to make my own build thread. I went through some trials and tribulations with my pre-owned 08, nearly enough for me to swear off subarus for good.
But when the guys from Ramsey Subaru had told me that an 11 wingless sedan was inbound i couldn't resist giving it a second shot.
I'm falling in love with my 11 now with each mile and would like to take a little piece of the interwebz to make her own . I'll update this periodically.

As she sits today:

EXTERIOR:
Black Top Aero Carbon Fiber
Nokya 2500k Highs/DRL's
Grimmspeed License Plate Bracket
DIY Grill Pinstripe
Treble Racing Lip Spoiler
Treble Racing Roof Spoiler

ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN:
Ultimate Racing SRI
Invidia Catted Downpipe
Nameless Performance Axle Back Staggered 3.5in
Forge Bypass Valve
Grimmspeed EBCS
Cobb Accessport
EFI Logics pro-tune

SUSPENSION
Rallitek Springs
KW Variant 1 Coilovers
Whiteline Front ASB 22MM adjustable
Whiteline Rear ASB 22MM adjustable
Kartboy Endlinks

ROLLERS
BBS Forged RG-R's 18x8.5 et 30 (17.6 lbs/wheel)
Dunlop SP600 245/40/18

OZ Superleggera 17x8 et42
Bridgestone Blizzak LM-22 225/40/18

Drag DR-34 18x8 et 48
Nitto Neo-Gen 235/45/18

Here she stands in all her stock greatness on delivery day:

The first round of modding started with a simple de-badge and black top aero carbon license plate delete to tidy things up...

^You can also see the Nameless Performance axle back poking out from the bottom, such an awesome, quality piece that really gives the car some character. More pics of the exhaust to come.

I also had a set of DRAG DR-34 wheels from my 08, shown here in original silver.

I figured that I may as well put them to use but I wasn't a fan of how the bright silver flowed with the new car so I had them refinished acura tl-s gray prior to installing them on the 11.

I decided that the pig on stilts look needed a change so I did some research in regards to livable, DD worthy springs to help her squat a bit more. I picked up a set of Rallitek springs and had the guys at AZP Installs in Kenilworth NJ do an A+ job on the install.

Before:

After:

The Grimmspeed license plate mount does a great job of hiding the lil love tap that my car endured with out me knowing, strategically installed it makes me forget its even there haha

I'm a big fan of tint but never too dark! I wanted a nice near-oem look for the car so I opted for 38% Llumar on all windows excluding the windshield. I'm very happy with the results...

Haha yeah man its awesome, I'm still thinking of going with a pro tune but I'm running the torqued performance map right now and its definitely pretty nasty. I'm running an invidia catted downpipe to oem mide pipe then the nameless axle back. There's more or less no mufflers other than the resonator in the oem mid pipe and the cat in the downpipe so its pretty loud. I'm thinking of having a 3" mid pipe fab'd up with some type of a muffler built in.

leaning toward the 1000rr only because i have a honda vtx 1300 and Ducati could care less about buying my bike, lol...

gorgeous wrx, how are you liking that suspension? i'm looking for something that works well as a DD but helps the turning...

Thanks I appreciate that, the power on a ducati vs either RR is going to be really different, the ducati will have more bottom/mid range vs top end power on in the RR's. In the end the RR will be faster though.

The suspension has been good so far, its nice in that they're smooth when casual driving but when you throw the weight of the car into the corner you can feel them compress and become tighter

Hey its rich. I was reading through the 11' thread saw your car and realized i knew who you are. Remember i asked you how you like the 11' wrx? well i decided to buy one, but at that point i couldn't find one on the whole east coast! so i ordered one mid July. i should be getting it in another week or two. I have plans for a major build, starting with stage 2 as soon as its broken in. I went with DGM so if you see one around you know who it is. i'll see ya around we'll have to meet up
