Haha, thanks man! Here is how she sits. I'm going to be changing a ton of stuff. Starting off with the fuel and intake system! (Manifold).

I really wish the lighting was better, I could take better pictures for you guys.. I'll go after work and get some lights...

Great build. What was the reason you got tired of the CTS-V? Most people don't seem to come back to Subaru once they go to higher end performance cars.

Don't you have a fx400? Why you gettin rid of it?

If I'm thinking of someone else, get a fx400. I love mine

I'm sponsored by competition clutch, I'm switching from 2100 to 2600.I'm at the peak torque the for 2100. I choose to work with them on the clutches as I have always used their brand and loved the product. Affordable and works well, especially the new HD clutches. The 2100 in my car now drives like stock and handled 450ft/lbs of TQ! Though it did slip a little on launching it still held power fine through the gears but that was expected as it was full face haha.

FX400's are great, installed a bunch in the past and used them in one of my EVO's. Not a bad clutch at all!

I'm going to do Composite TGV's and flip the ported STI manifold I have now. I'm doing all my fuel lines in stainless steel hardline. Going to look real nice!

Are you worried about the tgv's warping at all?

And ahh I'd love to do all SS hard lines I'm jelly!

And yes I absolutely love my fx400, I drove a stock wrx the other day and it was heavier than my clutch hahahahaha and the fx should hold like 500tq? Yum hahahha

I'm not worried about the TGV's warping, I'll have a phenolic spacer on with them. Even without them I doubt they would ever get hot enough, its the same material as the OEM intake manifolds on 08+ WRX's and 05+ LGT's.

But, after talking to one of my customers. We might be building a custom intake manifold. DUN DUN DUNNNNNNN.

You should make sure the stencil is on the bottom of the intercooler next time. My bumper covers it up as you can see on page 1.

It is a yami.. wanna buy it?

Pictures of new block coming together tonight. Then will start snapping some pictures of a 2.4 de-stroker that I'm putting together as well.

Going to keep the GTX3076R, should be able to make 525-550 on pump. I did a virtual dyno knowing my car made 450whp and it came up almost dead on. So I turned the boost up from 23.5psi to 27psi and it made 500whp. I think with 30psi it should make 530's. Going to push the **** out of it and swap the Tial housing for the bigger A/R version and see where it gets me. It might take some 104 unleaded to get to 550 but we will see.

At this point, I'm just going to get it together and driving. Building a sleeved 2.4 big bore destroker for the big power later this year. So the quest for mid 500's on the non-sleeved 2.5 is not really a big concern for me anymore.

Started working on the non-sleeved 2.5 last night.

Latest heat treated crank (330)

Block TQ'd together to measure bearing tolerances.

Got as far as getting everything TQ'd together, the bearing tolerances were WAY out of my acceptable range so I'm going to have to order up a couple different sizes of King XPG bearings and see where that gets me. If they won't get in my range, I will have to send it off to get the mains honed and run a .25 bearing throughout.

What were your results of the EF2? I've been hoping MAP would come into the subaru game with them since they were so successful with the EVO platform but abrutly ending the BB20g they offered us.

I worked for MAP for almost 5 years, so everything I used was prototype. They do offer Subaru stock frame turbo's.

http://www.maperformance.com/map-ef2...er-subaru.html

On the prototype that was close to the finished product I made 426whp on e85. The EF2 will make efficient green power, and EF3 will be a faster spooling red.

500whp on pump gas? Snap man, this makes me excited Still tuning my gtx30r, and I'm running E85, and I'm probably sitting at 450whp right now at 24psi...

Do you have any more details on what each of those turbos spec's are like? The website is all but void of detail besides spool and power output.

Compressor? Hotside? Wheel size/max flow?
