Default 215/65/16's or 215/60/16's?

2002 wrx wagon... stock suspension... stock wheels. Can i get away with 215/65/16 grabbers or 215/60/16 geolanders with out a lift or spacers or offsets??? I know i might have to roll fender liners bc of small rubbing at full lock but.... just thought id ask what you set up in this situation you would prefer.
