Default What do you monitor?

Do you have your access port on all the time?

I normally monitor fine knock learn.
Occasionally boost.

What do you monitor to make sure your engine is healthy.

Thanks

Go there. Check out the videos. Everything you need to know as a Noob is there. After that, ask any question you wish.

Good luck.

I've been stage one for just over 3 weeks. I monitor Fine Knock pretty much anytime I'm in the car. However if it's just a short trip to the corner store and back, I don't. I would be curious to compare some of my logs to some others. I see some knock "events" in 5th at cruising speed (65 - 80), with load under 1 and DAM at 1. Very speratic and just curious if others are seeing this. My WOT runs are pretty much knock free, the occasional end of run knock from letting off the throttle.

Some others here are beginning to look at 5th gear highway cruising speeds, low load and signs of knock. There is a pretty new thread here discussing just that. I will have to do a log or two myself.
