Default New to tuning, need clarification...

So, I got an AP V2 for my Bugeye and have been misled on a few things somewhere along the way before I bought it.

My problem is when it comes to cel's. I was told I could block/cancel cels for tgv deletes, switching to a manual boost controller etc...

Is this possible or do I have to get someone to create a downloadable map for me?

Currently, I am running the stage 1 91 octane map on my Bugeye. Only mods are tgv deletes, mbc and air intake.

I will shortly be adding an uppipe and down pipe both catless and possibly a tmic. I would like to take care of these previously mentioned cel's when I retune after these next mods.

If any of you could point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful.

Ap will only truly work with the mods that are outlined in the stages 1 and 2 most other mods will need a protune thats all

There are people that will do e-tunes using maps formatted for the accessport, a couple of well known ones are Clark Turner, Phatbotti, and Eric at Torqued Performance. These guys charge anywhere from 200-300+, if you have a shop with an AWD dyno you can get it pro-tuned on that, which usually will run 400+.
