Question Detailing Shop?

Can anybody recommend a good detailing shop in the Norf West Valley?? Have some paint overspray from something and it needs claybar or wetsand at a minimum. Ran a search but there was nothing in SWIC since 2010-ish.. Anybody? Thanks in advance.

Check this thread out on Gannon Detailing.

They come to you as well, but I'm not sure if they wet sand. Couldn't hurt to give them a call or email.

japcarrealgood has a guy that is badass, works out of his house, real good prices

Also, try goo gone or goof off

You can also use gasoline, it's not gonna hurt it. If that was the case, most people would have bare metal on their rear fenders under their fuel doors.

Like 80% of the stuff at autozone or checker will remove it, paint that is oversprayed onto factory paint is 100x weaker than the factory paint. For paint to adhere properly, the surface has to be prepped or else the paint won't stick. Not only that, clear-coat is the actual hardened surface, if you didn't clearcoat over paint, it would fall off or weather pretty fast.

Specially if you had any sort of wax job on there, I'm sure a few hand strokes with some polish from autozone would wipe it off and it would even remove swirl marks as you did it.

Yes, Andres is teh muthaFiViNG mang!
He's been detailing my family's, friends, &
my cars for about 8 of his 18+ years experience.
He's also mobile, but you may go to his house (like I do), or the shop.

www.AutoThisWorldDetailing.com
480-269-DETL (3385),
or
602-820-2246,

I usually get the $150 package which includes;
wash,
wax,
HAND BUFF (my fav, worth $100 in itself),
paint sealent upgrade,
interior shampoo & or leather conditioner,
fabric protectant,
Armor AllŪ (if ya want it),
engine degrease & shine,
wheels / tires clean & shine,
polish any chrome,
trunk detail,
polish windows,
&
head light restore (makes them look brand new!)

▲ Danny's family car wash charges $350+ for all of this ▲

Mention me (Barry) and he should give ya my discount of $120 total

Welp, had to be at work yesterday so couldn't watch the Gannon guys in action on my rig but my wife said they were on time which is great! Arrived home from work to inspect it and glad the 450 dollars it cost did not come out of my pocket.

They claybarred twice and did the showcar detail, however for that kind of cash it should have been a little better. The glass on the car was streaked and immediately obvious once driving in the sun, and several little spots remained where wax wasnt wiped away. The carpet seems to be clean but it looks like they did nothing to the floor mats. Other than that its great but it was again 450, for what would prolly be 125-150 elsewhere.. so glad its not my money in this case..
