Before I switched to a 22B wing, the rattling used to drive me nuts. The car audio shop said "Who cares what they hear on the outside, it's what's inside that matters" nevertheless, it drove me nuts to hear the rattling when I turned up my two 10" subs. What I did notice is that the rattling seems to be concentrated around the brake light. I never actually had a chance to check it out because I knew I was getting a new wing, but you may want to start there.

How do you fill it with foam? Is there big holes when you take off the spoiler? Just wondering for future knowledge!

My experience is that the rattle in the wing is two-fold. The LED assembly rattling against the wing itself, and the wire which attaches to the LED assembly and goes down into the trunk rattling against the inside of the wing.

I fixed both rattles by using some sealing round foam. I put a little between the wing and LED assembly (similar to the dynamat idea) I cut a slit in the round foam and slid it around the wire all the way through the wing (similar to filling the wing with foam)

Took the wing off for the whole thing.

Any experience with the wing expanding too much due to the spray foam inside?
That stuff REALLY expands (Like 100 times it's original size).
