Nice clean shots. I need a tri pod so I can attempt some night shooting.

Thanks!

Yes, get a tripod. And don't be like me and buy a nice one. I typically try to avoid shooting during the the day and tend to stick nights or evenings. Most light sucks during mid day.

I like shooting in overcast and of course it's been sunny every day this week. I heard that cheap tri pods aren't worth it. Nice ones are pretty pricey though. I've never shot at night and am looking forward to trying it some time

Me too!! I was driving on the way back from an old spot and found this road. It's a farm and has some potential! I had to shoot quick because I had my son with me but I think I got some decent ones.

Here is a re-edit. It's my favorite.

I fixed the exposure and cropped some things out.

Could've done better, didn't have my autofocus set the way I wanted.

Recently purchased the Canon 135mm f/2L, wicked lens with crazy depth of field offered. Just kind of awkward shooting from a mile away haha, it will take me some time getting used to it.

Camera: Canon EOS Rebel XSi
Lens: Canon 135mm f/2L
ISO: 100
Shutter Speed: 1/800
Focal Length: 135mm
Aperture: f/2.0
Processing: Lightroom 4 and Photoshop CS6

I wish I knew post processing techniques.

Turn the wheel, part further from the fence, and buy a full frame camera

Then it will be perfect

Yeah...ALWAYS show wheel and not tire. Two of the most important automotive rules are that and always show all four wheels touching the ground if they are visible (which you did do). Wheels are cool...tires are boring.

Yeah but the "r" fell off in photography so I have to take the rest of the little letters off.
